Sustainable Building Solutions is led by Guy J. (Jeff) Hall. Mr. Hall, a seasoned business owner, received a Masters of Science Degree from ODU in 1983, led a successful environmental consulting business for over 11 years that worked with individuals, private companies, local, state and federal agencies. He worked with a leading engineering firm and was the project manager on comprehensive studies for the telecommunication industry. Mr. Hall is a LEED Accredited Professional and has over 25 years of consulting experience bringing cost effective solutions to businesses in the region.
 LEED is an internationally recognized green building certification system, providing
third-party verification that commercial buildings or residential communities were
designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across metrics
necessary to optimize sustainable operation: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2
emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of
resources and sensitivity to their impacts.
