Mr. Hall is a LEED Accredited Professional, a Certified Energy Manager and has over 25 years of consulting experience bringing cost effective solutions to businesses in the region.

third-party verification that commercial buildings or residential communities were
designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across metrics
necessary to optimize sustainable operation: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2

The designation CEM (Certified Energy Manager) recognizes individuals who have
demonstrated high levels of experience, competence, proficiency, and ethical fitness

Mr. Haas is the Director of Operations for Sustainable Building Solutions. He
is a seasoned professional that specializes in Renewable Energy (solar and wind),
Energy Assessments and Energy Star services. Mr. Haas has over 25 years of
technical experience with a diversified mechanical background that enables a cost
effective approach to meet the unique needs of each client. He currently manages
several multi-tenant office buildings and brings forth an open mind with cost
effective solutions. Mr. Haas has been married for 30 years, has three children and
three grand children.
